Abstract
This paper investigates the interrelationships between job satisfaction, stress levels, and anxiety levels in the context of university teachers. Surveys are used to know the perception in different Latin American sectors. The main results reveal a significant inverse relationship between job satisfaction and stress and anxiety, highlighting that higher levels of job satisfaction are associated with lower levels of stress and anxiety among teachers. In addition, a positive correlation is observed between administrative burdens and stress/anxiety, underscoring the importance of effectively managing work responsibilities to promote a healthy work environment. The study also highlights the crucial role of institutional support, which is positively correlated with job satisfaction, suggesting that strong institutional support can significantly improve teachers' emotional well-being.
