Abstract

Digital educational strategies are essential to improve access to and management of knowledge in the classroom, demanding a more active and proactive approach from teachers. This study addressed the incorporation of digital educational strategies as a central axis to optimize knowledge management in teachers. To this end, the quantitative, experimental, pre-experimental, cross-sectional - explanatory causal approach was used, where an instrument was adapted to apply it to a non-probabilistic, intentional sample, composed of 12 teachers. The results obtained indicated that the implementation of these strategies significantly improves efficiency in knowledge management, optimizing the time and resources available. However, limitations were also identified, such as lack of training in some areas and resistance to the use of new technologies, suggesting the need for greater institutional support and continuous training.
