c) Habilidades del docente, este aspecto recae netamente en el profesor, mientras más experto es, mejor
saldrá el proceso de interaprendizaje; a veces los estudiantes forman sus equipos por compañerismo, y en las
edades de la adolescencia aparecen muchos distractores que podrían boicotear el aprendizaje de la Historia a
través de la lectura, lo que obedece a un final regular o fracaso, es decir el trabajo de equipo puede verse
boicoteado por conductas poco proactivas para alcanzar los objetivos educativo, por eso la experticia y
habilidad para formar equipos debe obedecer a el contexto y características de los estudiantes en general.
Entonces la observación y análisis para aplicar la metodología están sujetas a la toma de decisiones y
propuesta que elabore el docente.
Entre las normas que el docente debe considerar están:
Escoger una lectura de interés, motiva al estudiante a leer y ayuda a desarrollar la comprensión lectora.
Conocer cuáles son las preferencias de los estudiantes, puede existir un grupo que manifiesten que no
tienen interés alguno, esto es una respuesta de alerta porque se evidencia que el entorno socioemocional
de los estudiantes está siendo afectado por alguna situación [12].
La clase de historia debe partir del contexto, siempre enfocada a la realidad y de la experiencia de los
estudiantes, cuando esto sucede se sienten protagonistas y participan.
Considerar, que es importante el estudio de la Historia porque reafirma sus identidades, raíces, sus
derechos y deberes ciudadanos, lecciones del pasado escriben las historias del presente.
Finalmente, para alcanzar el aprendizaje de la Historia, utilizando la lectura y el trabajo colaborativo, es
necesario que el docente se tome su tiempo para replantearse la panificación, es importante desarrollar
habilidades de comunicación, tener sistematizada las actividades y dar espacio para que los estudiantes den
rienda suelta a la creatividad [13].

contribuyen con su trabajo individual, sino que también aportan activamente en la co-creación de
conocimientos y soluciones. Esto crea un ambiente donde la creatividad y la innovación son más probables, ya
que las ideas se construyen y refinan a través de la interacción continua entre los miembros del equipo. En
contraste, el trabajo grupal puede limitarse a la simple sumatoria de esfuerzos individuales, sin
necesariamente fomentar un intercambio dinámico de ideas.
La importancia del trabajo colaborativo radica en su capacidad para potenciar el aprendizaje y la
