Por otra parte, se identificó que las estrategias de afrontamiento, como el aprendizaje autodirigido, las redes
de apoyo laboral y la regulación de la exposición digital, pueden reducir los efectos negativos de la transición
tecnológica. Sin embargo, su efectividad depende de la disponibilidad de recursos, el liderazgo organizacional
y las políticas públicas que respalden la adaptación tecnológica. Además, los resultados resaltan la necesidad
de que las empresas y los gobiernos desarrollen estrategias integrales que combinen la capacitación técnica
con programas de salud mental, adaptados a las características culturales y regulatorias de cada país. Solo de
esta forma será posible transitar hacia un modelo laboral donde la IAG se convierta en una herramienta de
mejora, y no en un factor de inseguridad o deterioro del bienestar psicológico.
